The Hit Smash NAACP Award winning play caught audiences by surprise with its timeless and ageless messages. It spoke to youth concerning respect, honor and striving for their dreams. The messages of staying together as a family melted the hearts of many as the star "Gramps", share his own story about the loss of his family. Musical interludes were integrated all at the right time further threading a theme filled with community and the power of loving your neighbor. Senior citizens expressed gratitude as they viewed messages of strong spiritual foundations throughout. The presence of our seniors were affirmed.
